 We service our clients seeking historical tax credit incentives associated with their renovation projects. We help develop budgets and work with owners, architects, engineers, the National Park Service and AHPP to complete the HTC application.

This process consists of a 3 part application, gathering historical information about the structure, submitting photos, and a summary of the project, working with The Park Service and Arkansas Historic Preservation Program to ensure the project's scope falls within HTC QREs. After completion of the project, we help clients secure buyers for state historical tax credits.
